Community Social Responsibility
Supporting our local community and maintaining a sustainable environment is the utmost priority of our Resort. As a Yacht Club, we are proud to be the home of the Myanmar National Sailing and Surf Team where many of the national athletes come from Ngwe Saung! Every year, 3 percent of the Resort's revenue supports the Myanmar Yachting Federation and its program by developing the youth to achieve their dreams.
On the environmental front, we ensure that we source all our products and materials locally before importing from Yangon or internationally. We have recently started our own organic farm using soil which we compost from our wet waste. We work closely with Trash Hero Ngwe Saung to ensure that we conduct regular beach clean ups. We are constantly striving to reduce our carbon foot print and educate the community to raise environmental awareness.
