1. Q: What are the transfer times from the airport to the resort?
A: 5 Hours by bus
2. Q: Do you have a nurse on property?
A: For Minor illness, our in house doctor is available on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Or guest can see the doctor at the hospital nearby the resort and can reach within 15 mins by car.
3. Q: How do I arrange transportation to the resort?
A: Guest cans hire a taxi with driver from airport.
4. Q: What is required upon check-in at the resort?
A: Passport or ID card.
5. Q: At what time is check-in?
A: Generally hotel rooms are available from 2pm.
6. Q: At what time is check-out?
A: Check-out is generally at 12 Noon. Afterwards the rooms have to get cleaned for the upcoming arrivals.
7. Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: Pets are not allow in our resort.
8. Q: Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel/in the room?
A: Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the rooms and in public areas.
9. Q: Which airport should I fly into?
A: Yangon international airport.
10. Q: Do you have airport nearby and which airport?
A: Nearby airport name is Pathein airport but mostly for charter flight however from Patain airport need to drive 1.5 hrs. By car to resort.
11. Q: How do I get to NSYC from Yangon international airport by public bus?
A: Public bus are available and the time is various. Please contact our reservation team for help.
12. Q: Is transportation to/from the airport included?
A: Transportation to/from the airport is not included. If you need some help to arrange transportation please contact our reservation team.
13. Q: What is the accepted form of currency?
A: We accepted Myanmar Kyats, Euro and US dollars
14. Q: Can I get laundry and/or dry cleaning services?
A: Of courses, Laundry service are available in our resort.
15. Q: Do you open during Monsoon season?
A: Resort will be entitle closed from 1 June – 31 September during Monsoon season
16. Q: Is there any ATM in the resort?
A: ATM machine is available in the resort.
17. Q: What type of night entertainment is offered?
A: We have night club in the resort
18. Q: Are water sport available in the resort?
A: Water sport activities are available for rent and lesson by professional instructor, Please see the water sport menu in room.
19. Q: Can I rent a car or motor bike in the resort?
A: Car with driver, Motor bike, Bicycle rental are available in the resort.
20. Q: Can you arrange day tours and excursions?
A: Absolutely! We have a wide range of excursions available. Our activities team will provide all the information you need and will reserve the trips for you.
21. Q; Are safe box and ironing set available in the resort?
A: Safe box is available in each room, Ironing set available upon requested.
22. Q: How many restaurants and bars are there at resort?
A: 2 restaurant which is international restaurant – Captain Restaurant and Local restaurant – North point restaurant and 1 bar plus night club.
23. Q: Can I get spa and massage service at the resort?
A: Our traditional Thai – Lilawadee spa is opening from 10:00am.-10:00pm. daily
24. Q: Is there currency exchange available on property?
A: Yes. Currency exchange is available 24 hours at the Front Desk.
25. Q: Are you providing 24 hours electricity?
A: Of course, we are the only hotel which provided 24 hrs. Electricity in NS.
26. Q: How many people may I have in my room?
A: Reservations made on our site are for the industry-standard based on double occupancy. An additional person in the room may be subject to room type availability and will require an additional charge.
27. Q: Can I arrange wedding there?
A: Of course, our professional wedding team are available and can advise for your wedding plan.
28. Q: is there any attraction nearby to visit during the day?
A: There are various attraction such as visit Island, Elephant camp, Local village, Fishing village etc. please contact reception for more information.
29. Q: Can we cook food in the resort or bringing outside food to cook
A: Cooking in the resort are not allow as well as bringing outside food to cook.
30. Q: Can we bring alcohol to consume at the resort
A: Guest can bring own alcohol to drink in room however drinking own alcohol in swimming pool, restaurant area will be charged for corkage charge fee.
